4. Ownership and Usage Rights

Ownership, license scope, and usage permissions for outputs, likeness data, and source materials are governed by the applicable agreement between MySavepoint and the client. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, MySavepoint retains ownership of its tools, workflows, and pre-existing intellectual property.

5. Payments and Fees

Fees, payment timing, and refund terms are governed by your project proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Failure to pay may result in delayed delivery, suspension, or termination of services.

You may not use MySavepoint services to create unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or to impersonate any person without appropriate authorization.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
